Fit Rio – even if I don’t exactly fit in

My “free” day in Rio and making the most of it before I return to the cold. Listening to Bowie on the beach while drinking coconut water directly from a cold coconut which was hacked open for me – perfect!

All along the beach, they have these Crossfit/workout stations, misting posts, and kiosks selling drinks and food.

Lemon trees are many places and the picture of Sugar Loaf has the cable cars and the medium size brown building is my hotel (if you enlarge and squint).

I’m staying very near the famous Copacabana Palace – where the Bieber was recently kicked out – and am planning a trip downtown, where the museums are, and where may be some AC.
