Walking Tel Aviv

Even though it’s a bit warmer here than in SA, everyone has on heavy coats, except the Surfers.  My hotel is on the beach of the Mediterranean Sea and it was very cool to see bike racks for surfboards.

There is no obvious security. There are lots of dogs being walked and lots of cats that aren’t (although this one was just curious)

I went through several neighborhoods and down most of Rothschild Avenue, but there is a huge market that was very busy  with locals and tourists  check out some of the t-shirts

I found it fascinating that the State of Israel left a large mosque open and still active right on the beach, where snipers used to shoot during one of the early fights.

I meet other members of the group in just a little while, and more exploring Tel Aviv tomorrow.
